The flirtation between Tim and Nicole continued this week. After all, who doesn't like to see a group of people having fun? While they lost their first two challenges and it certainly seemed like there was no one on that team fit for the Trump organization, the last two weeks have changed the perception of that team from a fumbling group of idiots to the team with the fan favorites, with some of the more interesting personalities and group dynamics on the show. Nicole made a very valid point about Arrow being able to have fun no matter what they are doing and even Surya had a smile on his face. It didn't even really look like Tim could do anything to help his part of the task along, other than to call for a stop when the bottles didn't line up properly. It was cute when Tim and Frank got into a faux altercation over bottling the honey. The irony is that Aimee gets to be project manager again and joined Trump in the boardroom, despite her dismal performance, a fact her team can't be too happy about. This ended up working out well for them, since they edged out Arrow for the win. The rest of Kinetic finally took over and used gimmicks to sell their honey, even capitalizing on having an Olympic Gold Medalist on their team. On Kinetic, Aimee took up the project manager role but her whole team was upset that while they were gone for four hours getting honey, she hadn't even picked a name. The team also had issues with Aaron's leadership, but nothing compared to Kinetic's troubles. Both teams lacked good leadership, but in the end, Arrow was sent packing back to the tents and the boardroom in this pretty decent episode.Īrrow started off with Surya trying to take the lead and overcomplicate the task, at least according to his team. This episode tasked the teams with harvesting and selling honey. This marked the first loss for Kinetic and the first win for Arrow, allowing them to move into the mansion finally. In case anyone has forgotten, Marisa was fired last episode after the chicken bowl challenge when her team unanimously picked her to be eliminated.

The other teams however are hauled into the boardroom to fight it out in the effort not to hear the immortal phrase: “You’re fired!” Of course those who are fired won’t be sent home early in a black cab with a cameraman to record the tears! Instead you will be sent back in to the next task to try and redeem yourself and win back some all important points! Once completed, Lord Alan will consult his experts and declare one of the teams the winners, who will receive a lavish 15 minute treat! Throughout the day, you and your team will be set challenging and fun business tasks. This event has been specifically designed to test and bring out all the core business attributes in you and your group, including leadership, delegation, commercial awareness & above all, team work! Loosly inspired by the highly successful BBC show ‘The Apprentice’, this topical team building activity and event is a brilliant way to test team work in a fun and unique environment. Do you think you and your colleagues have what it takes to beat the world’s most belligerent boss?!
